ABOUT

Lindsey Ladnier is a costume designer and technician with an  MFA in Design and Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.  Her most recent works include  The Phantom Tollbooth by Sheldon Harnick, Hawk's Ridge by Foster Solomon, and A Flea in Her Ear by David Ives.

Ladnier's style can best be described as character-driven, with some elements of romanticism. Her artistic influences include John William Waterhouse,  Hayao Miyazaki, and Disney Studios, as well as a strong background in live figure drawing.  She believes very strongly in clothing as a language, particularly in connection to the balance of a character's psyche to their social environment.
